All aboard the bus of change!

There is going to be some changes up in here soon, I just haven't quite figured out what they are going to be... so I need YOUR help!

Today I'm calling out to ALL of y'all for feedback.

This includes the lurky's who pass by without leaving commentation. I want to hear your voices, hear all about your loves and hates alike.

Comment anonymously if you do so wish, email me at 101exercises (at) gmail if that suits you better, but please say so'thin!

Questions:

  1. How do you guys feel about the length of the posts here? Too long? too short? Just right?

  2. Do you folks prefer the details of the inner workings of the body or prefer tips only?

  3. Did you like it when I featured 1 exercise per week? And if you are a newby: check out an example here.

  4. Would you enjoy it if I split tips up into smaller tid-bits, maybe two posts daily?

  5. What other suggestions do you guys have?

  6. What tips/information have you taken away from here, if any?

  7. Questions you guys have for me? Pick my brain!!

THANKS THANKS THANKS in advance for your feedback! I appreciate all the blog-love & support!

I personally like shorter blogs, but with some good info.

My only comment is that your choice of font size is very small. Any chance you can make it a little bigger?

I like the way you impart information here - you explain things very well and (personally) I don't think you need to change a thing!

A few more personal details would be fun - life-in-England-type posts - but otherwise? Keep on doing what you are doing - it's working well! At least, in my opinion!

Oh, this is fun! :)

I think the post length is just right. I always like shorter posts and yours seem perfect.

I like a mix of inner/tips.

I love when you feature one exercise!

I like daily posts best, but splitting them up might work!

I love your blog. There is so much useful information here. Most of the time I come back to reread your posts to make sure I absorb the info! I don't think you need to make any changes!

1. just right!
2. a little bit of both
3. very much
4. I like one post a day, but that's just me :)

Love your blog- you have wonderful information. I like how you explain the scientific stuff behind it and have pictures to demo and all!

Rupal,

I like a little bit larger font too, but then it's just my eyesight I'd like fixed.

You’re posts are spot on and the length is great.

When I stated blogging I asked for advice and was told, there is no right or wrong way to do a blog. Long posts fit some days and little thoughts fit in others. Just be yourself and not only with the visitors be back, but you'll feel good about it.

Love your blog. Love the information presented in short bites. Your blog always seems like a great go-to resource for exercises and stretches when I'm bored by my routine.

I actually like your blog as is. All the info you give is great. That knowledge does help when I'm working out. I do often think of some of your tips. Helped me get some better form in a few incidents.

Here is a topic - in most routines, you breath in on the concentric [see I'm learning and paying attention] move and breath out on the eccentric. In another workout they do the opposite [pilates] and it's kind of confusing. I usually just try to do as they say, but often find myself still breathing in on the concentric and exhaling on the eccentric especially when using weights. It's easier for me to switch when doing exercises not using weights. I get why it's the way it is when doing crunches, but the rest does kind of confuse me. It keeps me on my toes, though.

I've been trying to think of some critiques, feedback, suggestions, but I'm really not sure :D

I think the post lengths are great.

I'm all about learning how the body works.

Learning about exercises is fun, seeing how they're done is awesome.

I prefer my info in one post.

This is basically the place I come to find out about core exercises. I think it'd be cool if you could go through a beginners guide to core exercises, through to advanced or something, just so people like me know where to start. I mean, how many core exercises should you do, which ones should you focus on, where do they come in a workout, etc.

I will add to the larger font size please group.

The length of your posts are fine, I like a post I can read in a minute or so. But please do not do 2 posts a day.

The mix of information suits me just fine.

I have been enjoying your blog for a few months now and have referred some friends, too, when I have seen a discussion on a pertinent issue or injury.

I don't see why you need to change anything.
